What happens between runs?
Your agent saves the task, the next step and any context it needs in a checkpoint. A new process reads that checkpoint and includes the relevant text in its next model call. Home stores the record; your runtime decides how to use it.
Retrieval uses an exact key such as checkpoint. Each memory can hold up to 16 KiB of text and 4 KiB of JSON metadata. Version checks help two workers avoid overwriting each other. Semantic search, hosted model execution, heartbeat delivery and email are not part of the pilot.
